Shipping Policy

A Shipping Policy comes with a number of benefits for both you and your customers. Some benefits are that people will be more likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times may vary.

    • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  3. Shipping Destinations:

    • We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and internationally.

    • Shipping is available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

    • You can track your order status through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Abify | ID Services is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  6. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

    • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Returns Policy:

  1. Returns:

    • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required for returns.

  2. Return Process:

    • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  4. Exchanges:

    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  5. Non-returnable Items:

    • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  6. Damages and Issues:

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
